5 Foods That Kills Cancer

1. Turmeric

Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), the most abundant of these polyphenols, causes cancer cells to commit “suicide” (apoptosis), leaving normal cells unaffected. Green tea is effective against oral, pancreatic, prostate, breast, lung, colon, liver, and skin cancers.

4. Tomatoes

Lycopene, the potent antioxidant in tomatoes, is both anticarcinogenic and anti-inflammatory. It has been found to kill oral, pancreatic, breast, prostate, and colon cancers.

5. Fruits and Veggies

Fresh and organic fruits and vegetables are rich in phytochemicals which have both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The brighter and deeper the color, the higher is the phytochemical content. These phytochemicals include the carotenoids in yellows, lycopene in reds, flavonoids in greens and citrus fruits, and polyphenols in berries.
